I found this on another message board. I went to the source and copied the page. I just can't stand the way geocities intrudes on a web page. The content was rather fascinating.

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm no skeptic. If I had to be punished for being a skeptic, then let the punishment fit the skepticism. I should be forced to watch, oh let's say, a couple hundred trib videos from sunrise to sunset on the longest day of the year, summer solstice.

I haven't checked out the rest of her site, but she's given me plenty to keep me occupied.

I receive a fair amount of feedback on my stories and one in particular was from a man who was skeptical as to whether two women could trib standing up, for that matter, he wondered about the practicality of trib in general. I assured him from personal experience that it is possible to trib standing up, although I have found it impossible to remain standing while orgasming.

I have received many other emails from women about tribadism. Rarely are they skeptical, rather they are questioning. Seems many are intrigued by the prospect, even eager to try it, but far fewer have actually experienced it and there is a lot of uncertainty in how to go about it.

It is my belief that when it comes to two women making love, things will come naturally. In fact, it seems that many girls discover tribadism "accidentally" in the natural course of making love (this was also the case for me). Intercourse is something mother nature seems to taken care of in the design of women. I have been with several women for whom it was their first time and just as they knew how to pleasure themselves, they knew exactly how to pleasure another woman as well. My advice is to let nature be your guide, and let your instincts control your actions.

Having said that I will my share my perspective on what I believe to be one of the most intimate and sensual acts two women can share together, namely, tribadism.

Before I do, I should offer a disclaimer: I am NOT a sex expert, nor a professional of any kind (although I've enjoyed tribadism for more than a decade now). I would recommend that you refer to the multitude of resources available via the Internet, the local bookstore and the public library - many sources of which ARE experts. Then you just need to stop reading and start mashing your wet pussy against another hot pussy.

I would describe Tribadism as the act of rubbing your pussy against that of another woman such that you both achieve orgasm. My definition is bit narrower than the Webster's since I don't include rubbing your pussy against your lover's thigh as trib, nor do I include the case where only one partner achieves orgasm. Although simultaneous orgasm is not a requisite, I do feel both partners should experience the eventual climax that is the fundamental goal of tribadism. My reason for such a narrow definition is that I consider tribadism to be the most sincere and natural form of lesbian intercourse. Having your lover rub your pussy with her thigh or her nipple will get you off, but I believe it is a different sex act than true tribadism (i.e. intercourse).

I find mutual tribadism to be one of the most exciting and satisfying sexual acts I have shared with another woman. But it can also be downright frustrating at times. The physical build of each of you will affect the ease with which you and your lover can share trib and also the effectiveness of it. I will be discussing my own observations which may be diffeent from yours. I've said this before, variety is a good thing, so experiment. Then concentrate on the method or methods that work best for you and a particular lover.

There are three orientations (that I can think of) that allow for pussy to pussy contact (pussy meaning, vulva and/or clitoris). Probably the most common is over lapping, such that one vagina is perpendicular to the other. There are various positions that allow for this type of contact, the scissors being most popular; a close second would be kneeling such that you straddle one of your lover's legs. The scissors position has variations of its own, with the two simplest being laying on a bed (or floor, or couch) with heads at opposite ends such that your legs mesh with you lover's, similar to how you would interlock fingers between two hands. You can be either face-up or face-down and your lover can also be either face-up or face-down, adding to the possibilities.

The most difficult orientation is probably having both pussies parallel but opposite in direction. One position yielding this orientation is laying on top of your lover facing opposite directions, such that one of you has her legs spread while the other one has them together. Picture starting in a 69 position and then sliding down so that you are now pussy to pussy. Another position is doggie style, but you both have to be built right physically for this to work.

The primary disadvantage to both these orientations is that it is extremely difficult to achieve clit to clit contact and impossible to do so while achieving labial penetration. In fact, I have found penetration of any sort virtually impossible in the scissor position.

Which leaves the third orientation, pussy to pussy, both upright. The common position is the Missionary position, but others include straddling your lover, both siting face to face (very difficult), or both standing. This allows for excellent labial penetration, clitoral penetration, clit to clit contact and some simultaneous combinations of those three. This third orientation also offers several other unique advantages that I feel contribute to a more pleasurable and complete sexual experience.

The missionary position has a natural look and feel to it - please note that my reasons for saying this is entirely based on nature and physiology NOT on heterosexual intercourse (typical heterosexual intercourse is also merely a byproduct of the same physiological structure and circumstances). This position also conveys a sense of closeness and oneness that the other positions do not. There is maximum body to body contact - breasts can mesh with breasts, nipples pressing into nipples, legs caressing legs along their length, etc. It also allows for kissing during and after intercourse, which adds so much to the emotional and physical aspects of making love.

I love looking into my girlfriend's eyes as we fuck! Especially as we come! I have also found that this orientation more efficiently serves to splay open my lover's inner labia and keeps her open to me, allowing for greater penetration and greater stimulation for her.

In the missionary position one girl has her legs spread while the other girl keeps them together and she slips in between her lover's thighs. This can be either the girl on top (such as when you straddle your lover), or the girl on the bottom. Which of you spreads her legs and which of you slips in between will have more to do with your physical build than who's on top. If your pubic bone is sufficiently pronounced, as is mine, then you will probably find that you should be the one to keep your legs together and your lover should spread hers to receive you. This will usually provide more effective contact and maximize penetration.

There is one caveat, however, penetration is usually one-sided, so that the woman with her legs spread typically is in a more natural position to have her labia opened and her lovers vulva will more easily slip inside hers. So while I typically have my legs together, we will occasionally swap, so that I can feel my lover's vulva slip inside of my own. This is something you really have to feel for yourself to truly appreciate.

The more conventional approach would have the girl with the spread legs on the bottom, while the other girl presses down into her pussy. The girl on bottom can wrap her legs around her lover, bend her knees or even slide a pillow under her hips to provide a better angle of attack and maximize pussy to pussy contact.

However, I prefer to lay on bottom with my lover on top, straddling me and then rocking & rolling her hips. She will position herself so that her pussy is directly above mine. We then begin a slow rhythmic humping to work our juices out and coat our vulvas (by the time we get down to trib we are both usually soaked so it is just a matter of getting our sticky juices out from between our slits and covering our vulva and surrounding inner thighs). Once we are sufficiently lubricated things get really fun. I will usually hold firmly to her hips and yank her forward and back in a rapid movement so that her pussy never breaks contact with mine, but simply slides fore and aft along its length. The motion, along with her legs being spread, will cause her labia to open like a flower, allowing my vulva to work its way inside of hers. As my arousal increases my engorged clit will actually penetrate her slit. At the top of her stroke my clit is nuzzled between the bottom edge of her slit, then as her hips slide back, my clit will slide along between her labia until her clit comes mashing into mine.

As we draw closer to orgasm our motion becomes frenzied and I pull her down harder against me increasing the pressure. It often gets to the point that I feel a friction burn, but that just brings the release on with more urgency. A few years ago there was a site by a girl named Catrina, I believe, that expressed her interest in tribadism, but it went away. The site came up regularly if "tribadism" was entered into Google. It had several good pictures on it and some articles and links on it.

Now, haven't i been saying this for years ?

I find it funny that Ginny mentions "the build" when she talks about doggy (never did that really, although i can imagine how). But she says missionary works best, not scissors. Now i guess since she said she has a pretty stand out pubic area that could well be true, but i found missionary always to be a bit of a chore. Not that it does not work, in fact it works very well, once you got it right

She forgot one thing. When scissoring you can also sit up, hug each other, kiss, etc... although i guess that takes just about as much practice as missionary
