Download Manager probelms

Hi

i bought 2 VOD films these 3 last days. when i try to get them by the download manager, the download doesn't start at all. moreover the download manager quit and restart several times by itself.

What should i do?

Just heard from Technical, they're still ironing out some issues from our recent server migration. The download manager's configuration needs to be updated so it works with the new servers. Apologies for the delay.

Mine seems to be doing this also. I run windows 7 and recently the computer had installed some automatic updates and now the download manager is not working? Will this be fixed also when you fix the windows 8 problem?

well i begin to lack patience. it was supposed to be fixed since last week but i still have troubles with download manager. does the update have ended?

Technical's still working on the issue over the weekend, it's taking longer to resolve than expected. They're having to coordinate with the new servers' managers, which is slowing things down. Apologies again for the delay.

I've been having the same problem for the past week or two. I ordered and paid for a video and have tried several times to download it but Download Manager never progresses beyond Loading Video stage until finally the Download Manage aborts the operation. I see the Tech Manager's response they're working on it so I'm hopeful the problem will be resolved soon.
