3. My disc is defective, disc skips, etc…

Our policy here is very easy. We will replace any defective disc with a new disc.

We will check the replacement disc by hand to make sure it is ok.

You do not need to mail back the defective disc to us, or to pay for shipping for your new disc.

Just e-mail us at info@lezlovevideo.com, describe your problem, include your order #, and we will take care of it for you immediately.
