Yep Kevin Faulkner is a moderate Republican former city council in San Diego who was elected mayor when demoncrat Bob Filner was hounded out of office mid term by a bevy of sexual harassment allegations which no doubt will force San Diego to pay expensive litigation and judgement.

Faulkner , head of San Diego is the largest city in California run by a GOP in a heavily run demoncrat state in such sanctuary bastions as L.A. , S.F. and San Jose...the mayor of San Jose did a disgraceful disservice to TAX PAYING citizens by having poleece, who are tax payer funded stand down as they witnessed criminal acts and stood by bored and on the clock.

Quote: Yes, I certainly think you could say that after over half a century of not winning a title, the city of Cleveland is overdue. The Cavs are much healthier this time around and arguably better coached.T...

Well the way the Cleveland cadavers are stinking up the finals, it may be another 52 years before the gem along Lake Erie has a confetti parade.

Trump needs to go beyond critical speeches and comments on the tired old corrupt face of the Democratic machine , anyone with a pulse over 45 knows the economy is stalled , borders are wide open and the demoncats feed the narrative of race baiting polarizing politics ( San Jose etc ...potus and spouse daily complaints) ....

Trump needs to bring it with ideas on reversing this tired trend and tell America how a successful bidnessmen translates into going FORWARD not reliving the scandal plagued politics of the Obama 2.0 candidate. And I suspect now that the pebbles in his shoes have been removed ( Cruz and co ) he can concentrate and reel in the big fish floundering just outside the boat...

The Cavs had their chances this evening to even up the NBA Finals at 2-2. But it certainly does not look good for the Cleveland LeBrons now, down 3 games to 1.

The Warriors faced a similar deficit in the Western Conference finals against OKC. But it would be difficult to imagine Golden State allowing the same thing to happen to them which they did to OKC.

All in all, it looks like yet another year without a title for the city of Cleveland.

Just when you thought the NBA season couldn't possibly go any longer Cleveland wins. I haven't watched 5 mins total of NBA basketball this year but from what I've seen the 30 foot jump shot is back in style and defense is only played in the stands when jockeying for position to get to the open latrine....NBA fever about as popular with me as Zika virus here in northern Texico.

I guess it stems from the Mavericks last fielding a seriously competitive team when they won the whole enchilada in 2011. Something about being the 7th seed in a 8 team horse race annually snuffs out enthusiasm , ok Mark Cuban. Try selling the club next time on shark tank...LOL !

Now Sue Bird ....she can play point guard ANYTIME !

When Garland Texas held a draw a Cartoon contest last year the mentally unhinged among us drove a long long way from Phoenix skipping showers potty breaks P&B sandwiches etc etc just to bypass valet parking and show up and try to and shoot up the place as Orlando this past weekend.

Fortunately these two barbarians were met by a Garland Poleece working security out front and that was that, 72 Virgins, a one way drive to Texas and the patrons inside had not a scratch.

When Hilda , Bernie and Potus talk " gun control " as the root of the problem how do you prevent people like those two darlings from Phoenix or the Florida Muslim gunman from ruining your day your life if gubment makes it hard to defend yourself but the criminal element are armed to the rotten teeth ... I mean are the hooligans shooting up Chicago nightly all gun background checked gun controlled souls or are they buying black market under the table fire power.

Does the average Jack & Jill have secret service protection or a cop guarding the door or are they left to themselves to protect and defend until gubment shows up, often after the fact. I ask ??

And following Ferguson Mo , the Justice Dept., Potus came out and blathered Poleece were too " militarized " ? Huh ? Who do they think some of these lovelies are shooting not only at the not defended citizen but taking point blank shots at the ARMED ? Too militarized ? That's nice coming from Pols that have secret service and live behind gated compounds with moats for goodness sakes.

Incredible. The Cavs looked dead in the water. Not once, but twice in this series. When they were down 2 games to none and then subsequently when they trailed 3 games to 1.

So in a series that has seen 6 consecutive blowouts, we are going to get a Game 7. Reminds me of the 2005 NBA Finals when the San Antonio Spurs and Detroit Pistons took turns blowing each other out over the course of the first six games before San Antonio prevailed in a relatively close Game 7 to win the series.

Hopefully, we finally get a close one here. Cleveland has the momentum and Golden State is reeling. But the Warriors are at home (if that means anything) and have had the experience of playing in Game 7's. Do not think that the Cavs can say the same since the Eastern Conference is so mediocre to outright horrible compared to the West.

I had predicted the Cavs in 6 prior to the series, so I guess I will stay close to that prediction. But it would not surprise me in the least if GS found a way to win. For the record, no team has ever come back from 3 game to 1 deficit to win an NBA Final. But it is very difficult to stem the tide of momentum from a team that has come back from the depths to force a Game 7. The only such team that comes to mind are the 2008 Tampa Bay Rays who went up on the Boston Red Sox 3-1 in the ALCS, only to have the Sox even things up at 3 before TB won Game 7 at home.

But having said that, it would be nice to see the city of Cleveland finally win a sports championship for the first time in 50+ years. LeBron the hometown hero and probably best player to come along in the sport of hoops since Michael Jordan would to be the ideal player to lead them to a championship. And to do what no other NBA team has ever done in a Finals series would be a most cataclysmic way to break the city of Cleveland's drought a la 2004 Red Sox.

The Cadavers force game 7. Did anyone catch Ayesha Curry's (wife) comments after hubby got himself fouled out and he tossed his mouthpiece ... (read about this, don't currently watch the NBA ) she said the league's basically "fixed for $$ and ratings"...then she deleted that tweet and apologized saying her pappy got racial " profiled " by Cleveland cops....and she was having a "long night"...gee and here I thought Queen Michelle was a spoiled drama queen. Yikes !

Go LeBron , beat the Warriors in game 7 and end this Golden State " dynasty " after one year.
